What data we process

We only collect data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message.

The form does not send data to our server — clicking “Send message” opens your e-mail client with a ready-to-send message. The message reaches us only when you send it yourself. Until then the data stays on your device.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer your enquiry and prepare a cooperation proposal (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR — consent and legitimate interest).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• request erasure or restriction of processing,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing,
• lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers: our hosting provider and e-mail provider, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver those services.

We do not sell data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only entry stored in your browser records your cookie decision.
